Finish Line Performance and Service Since 2014

 David opened Finish Line Performance and Service in September of 2014 in a two bay shop which was built in the mid 1950’s and has always operated as an auto repair shop. Beginning in January of 2024 Finish Line has moved into a larger five bay shop just down the road from where it all began. Prior to opening Finish Line Performance and Service he worked on everything from heavy equipment to tractors to classic cars to drag cars to modern day cars. David is proud to not only continue his family’s legacy but continue to provide outstanding service to you, your family, and your neighbors. 

 David, owner and operator of Finish Line Performance and Service, has had a passion for cars since he was in the womb. Some would say it's literally in his blood. David is a 4th generation auto enthusiast dating back to the early 1900's. David's great grandfather William Chase owned a building in the 1920's he lost due to the great depression. He later bought the building back and built the first automatic transmission repair shop in Omaha, Nebraska still known and operating as Chase Auto Repair. As a hobby Grandpa Chase restored antique steam powered cars. David's grandfather was in the Navy. After he left the Navy he opened an automatic transmission repair shop in the early ‘60s. Later he was the owner and operator of a car lot and gas station service center in Omaha, Nebraska. David’s father owned Old Towne Motor Works in Benson, Nebraska in the late 80’s early 90’s repairing and servicing all types of vehicles from antiques to modern day. Since then he has owned and worked at several other shops in Nebraska and Missouri. In his spare time, he continues to work on vehicles. The history of David’s family runs rich with greasy hands and the smell of fuel. 

We have a proud history of excellent work and customers service. We have remained loyal in serving our community and, in return, have been recognized through the years by our city and local business organizations. Through our success, we have also been able to give back to our community through donating and volunteering with many local charities. We proudly host the car show for the local Spring Fling Festival and Harvest Moon Festival.
